Removing Protective Plastic From Your New Appliances

Here are the reasons why Coast is number one in kitchen and home appliance supply:

New appliances such as Washers and Dryers often come with a protective plastic wrap on the doors to prevent any scratches from shipping and delivery. Unfortunately, many customers end up scratching their doors by accident when they try and remove this plastic.
Here is what typically happens, and how to solve it:
1) Product is delivered with plastic on the doors
2) Customer attempts to remove plastic covering while the plastic is cold. Plastic ends up leaving a residue.
3) Customer then uses their favourite kitchen chemical cleaner to try and remove the residue.
4) Door is now scratched and in some cases milky white from the chemicals.

Solution: use a HAIR DRYER at low heat to soften the plastic before attempting to peel off. It should come off easily if sufficiently warmed.
